Information you send us. Our website does not have user accounts. When you use a contact or application form, or email us, we receive what you choose to send, which may include:
- your name, email address and city;
- the type of modeling you do or the type of talent you need;
- photos or links to your photos, social media profiles and portfolio;
- project details, such as the brand, shoot dates and usage you have in mind;
- anything else you include in your message.
Information collected automatically. Our website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools. As with most websites, our hosting provider and Google Fonts, which supplies the fonts on our site, may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type and device when a page loads.
How we use information
- to respond to your questions and requests;
- to review applications and decide whether to offer representation;
- to match talent with casting requests, submit talent to clients, and manage bookings, contracts and payments;
- to keep our records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations;
- to protect our business, our talent and our website from fraud, abuse and security threats.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:
- With clients and photographers, when we submit represented talent for a job or respond to a booking request. We will not send an applicant’s photos or details to a client before they are represented or have agreed.
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting and form processing (Netlify), email, file storage, scheduling and payment tools. Messages, applications and uploaded photos submitted through our website are stored by our hosting provider on our behalf, and they may only use the information to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Palm Models, our talent, our clients or others.
- In a business change, such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy would continue to apply to the information.
Photos and application materials
Photos and other materials you send us when you apply are used to evaluate your application. We will not publish them or share them outside Palm Models without your permission. If you become represented, how we use your images is set out in your written agreement with us.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to consider you for future opportunities, to maintain business records and to meet legal requirements. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, but no website or email system is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information, such as government ID numbers or financial account details, by email or through our forms.
