About Palm Models
Palm Models LLC (“Palm Models,” “we,” “us”) is a talent agency serving Los Angeles and Miami. We specialize in hand modeling and also represent eye, ear, lip, hair, leg and foot models, and nail artists. Information on this website is provided for general purposes only.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for representation or to use our services.
No agency relationship until a written agreement
Contacting us, submitting an application or receiving a reply does not create an agency, employment or booking relationship. Representation and bookings exist only under a separate written agreement signed by Palm Models and you. We are not obligated to respond to every inquiry or to offer representation to every applicant, and submitting an application does not guarantee representation or work.
Inquiries and applications
When you contact us or apply, you agree that:
- the information you provide is accurate and complete;
- you own, or have permission to share, the photos and other materials you send us;
- we may review those materials to evaluate your application or inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Bookings
Rates, usage rights, schedules, cancellation terms and payment terms for any booking are set out in a separate estimate, booking confirmation or agreement. If those documents conflict with these terms, they control for that booking.
Intellectual property
The text, design, graphics and logo of this website belong to Palm Models LLC and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission. Names, logos and trademarks of other companies shown on this website belong to their respective owners. They appear to identify brands we have worked with and do not mean that those companies endorse or sponsor Palm Models.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the website for any unlawful purpose;
- submit false information or pretend to be someone else;
- send material that is harassing, threatening, or that you do not have the right to share;
- copy or scrape the website, or interfere with its operation or security.
